Housekeeping Associate – Guest Environment Expert

About the role

The Housekeeping Associate, also known as a Guest Environment Expert, ensures that every guest area of the hotel is clean, well‑maintained and ready to deliver a memorable stay. Working in a fast‑paced environment at the JW Marriott property in Jaipur, you will be part of a team that upholds Marriott’s standards of “Wonderful Hospitality. Always.”

Key responsibilities

• Clean and turn guest rooms, public corridors, and service areas according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restocking carts and delivering amenities.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and report any shortages.
• Follow safety procedures, handle linens and equipment, and lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Adhere to confidentiality, uniform, and professional appearance guidelines.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull and place items up to 50 lb.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards and company policies.
• Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to work as part of a team.
