Hostess – Guest Service Ambassador

About the role

The Hostess acts as a Hospitality Ambassador, delivering prompt and courteous service to guests at Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur Hotel. You will support the Food & Beverage team by ensuring smooth operations and memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with all departments to guarantee timely service and smooth operations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and services to answer guest inquiries.
• Follow hotel policies, SOPs, grooming standards, and safety procedures.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately and manage menu knowledge.
• Maintain station cleanliness, break down trays, and handle room‑service orders.
• Respect guest privacy by adhering to security measures when entering rooms.
• Participate in training meetings to continuously improve professional skills.
• Check corridors for trays after room‑service deliveries and ensure proper presentation.
