About the role
The Host/Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests at Copper Chimney Restaurant in Pune. This full-time, on-site position involves greeting visitors, managing reservations and walk-ins, and ensuring a smooth seating flow in a fast-paced dining environment.
Key responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and answer phone inquiries.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and provide accurate wait-time estimates.
- Organise seating, guide guests to their tables, and coordinate with servers and management.
- Maintain a clean and organized host station and present menus.
- Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and uphold restaurant standards.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Clear verbal communication and confident phone etiquette.
- Ability to stay calm, organized and reliable during peak service hours.
- Professional appearance, punctuality and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
Required skills
