Head of Human Resources (HR Business Partner Lead)

About the role

The HR Business Partner Lead will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with the organization’s objectives in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into effective people strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning and talent development.
• Drive talent review, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews and calibration.
• Coach managers on feedback, performance improvement and employee development.
• Manage employee relations matters with fairness, confidentiality and compliance.
• Support business transformation, restructuring and change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and employee engagement.
• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and analyze survey results to create action plans.

Required profile

• MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including 4–5 years as an HR Business Partner in technology, digital, fintech or InsurTech.
• Experience in high‑growth startup or scale‑up environments.
• Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, organizational development and change management expertise.
• Solid understanding of performance management, talent development and employment law.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and HR analytics capability.
• Excellent coaching, influencing, communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
