Global HR Service Delivery Specialist – Learning & Development Operations

About the role

The Global HR Service Delivery Specialist – Academy Operations supports the delivery, administration and continuous improvement of global learning and Academy services. You will ensure learning programmes, processes and learner experiences are delivered consistently, efficiently and to a high standard across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate global Academy programmes, learning events and training sessions, managing logistics, enrolments and calendar management.
• Maintain accurate learner records, attendance data, completion tracking and reporting through the LMS and other HR platforms.
• Provide first‑line support for Academy‑related queries, escalations and service‑level monitoring.
• Partner with HR, Learning & Development, Talent, regional HR teams and external providers to align operations with business needs.
• Support vendor coordination, invoice processing, budget tracking and compliance with internal policies.

Required profile

• Strong HR operations or learning administration experience with excellent attention to detail.
• Self‑starter with strong organisational skills, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Effective communicator who can handle queries from employees, managers and external partners.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems and platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, Qualtrics, Degreed, CE Manager.
• Proficiency in e‑learning authoring tools like Camtasia, Rise 360, Articulate.
• Familiarity with Adobe Sign, Insights Discovery, Hogan, CliftonStrengths, Advantexe and JAWS.
