About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Gym Instructor to lead group fitness classes and provide personalized training at JW Marriott Goa. You will create a welcoming environment for guests of all fitness levels while ensuring safety and high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct group classes such as aerobics, spinning, and strength training.
- Assess guests' fitness levels and design individualized exercise programs.
- Provide guidance on proper equipment use and exercise techniques.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑functioning fitness area, reporting any equipment issues.
- Respond to emergencies, assist injured guests, and coordinate with medical services.
- Deliver excellent guest service, including welcoming guests, assisting those with disabilities, and upholding professional appearance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar fitness role.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- No supervisory experience required.
