Gujarati Telecaller

About the role

We are looking for a fluent Gujarati Telecaller to join our growing customer outreach team in Navi Mumbai. The role involves handling both outbound and inbound calls, explaining our products and services, and providing basic support to customers and prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls in Gujarati, using Hindi when required.
• Follow call scripts, achieve call and conversion targets, and maintain a polite, professional tone.
• Record key interaction details accurately in our call management/CRM system.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve customer issues and share feedback.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in Gujarati; working knowledge of Hindi and/or English is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use call management or CRM tools.
• Customer‑focused mindset with patience and active listening.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site and adhere to performance standards.
