Guest Service Associate – Food & Beverage Service

About the role

As a Guest Service Associate in the Food & Beverage department, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience. You will work in a dynamic hotel environment, supporting both front‑of‑house operations and collaborating with other outlets during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties, set tables according to standards, and maintain side stations.
• Greet guests, escort them to their tables, and ensure timely service of food and beverages at the correct temperature.
• Apply HACCP and hotel food safety procedures, and uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Upsell and cross‑sell menu items and other hotel venues to maximize revenue.
• Handle guest requests, report complaints or incidents, and assist other F&B outlets when needed.
• Maintain uniform, personal appearance, and attend briefings, trainings, and safety drills.

Required profile

• Service‑focused personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel operations.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
