Guest Relation Executive

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Guest Relation Executive to join our premium dining team in Bandra West, Mumbai. The role focuses on delivering a seamless and memorable experience for every guest, from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage reservations, table allocations, and waiting lists efficiently.
- Ensure a high‑quality guest experience throughout the dining journey.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly.
- Coordinate with restaurant managers, captains, stewards, and kitchen staff.
- Maintain guest records, preferences, and VIP relations.
- Promote restaurant events, special menus, and loyalty programmes.
- Keep reception and guest areas clean and well‑maintained.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Well‑groomed appearance with a positive attitude.
- Experience in premium or fine‑dining hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to address guest concerns professionally.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
