Graphic Designer – HR Projects & Employer Branding

About the role

Policybazaar.com is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join its HR Projects team in Gurugram. The role blends graphic design expertise with employer‑branding initiatives, helping to shape internal and external HR communications. You will work closely with HR Communications to produce visual assets that reflect the company’s culture and values.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually appealing creatives, presentations, posters, infographics and social‑media content for HR campaigns.
• Edit videos for HR events, employee stories and cultural highlights (optional).
• Collaborate with HR Communications to create internal engagement material such as emailers, newsletters and event branding.
• Support digital content creation for employer‑branding initiatives on LinkedIn, Instagram and internal platforms.
• Assist in conceptualising and executing branding for employee events, recognition programs and campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Coordinate with Marketing or Creative teams for cross‑functional alignment.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, HR or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience or strong academic/freelance portfolio.
• Interest in HR, employer branding or corporate communications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
