Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creation of high‑impact visual assets across marketing, communications, and learning initiatives. Working closely with marketing, content, and business teams, you will ensure brand consistency while leveraging the latest design and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing and communication materials such as brochures, flyers, case studies, newsletters, emailers, and social media creatives.
• Create client presentations, pitch decks, proposal documents, and sales enablement materials.
• Develop visual assets for training programs, leadership initiatives, and employee development solutions.
• Produce and edit engaging videos for campaigns, webinars, client success stories, and internal communications.
• Utilize AI‑powered design and video tools to generate concepts, animations, and visual content.
• Maintain brand identity and visual standards across all channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, Animation, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in graphic, visual, or digital design, with a strong portfolio covering both print and digital work.
• Experience in B2B, corporate training, learning & development, EdTech, consulting, or professional services is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
