About the role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a 121‑room hotel located in the strategic Copacabana district of Rio de Janeiro. The hotel is close to the beach, metro, and major tourist attractions, offering a vibrant environment for both guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team to achieve operational excellence.
• Drive financial performance, focusing on revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
• Implement and monitor quality standards, safety protocols, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with corporate headquarters on strategic initiatives and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior hotel management, preferably in a full‑service or upscale property.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication abilities in Portuguese; English is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance the guest experience while meeting financial targets.
