General Medicine Specialist

About the role

High Range Hospital is seeking a Specialist in General Medicine to join its multidisciplinary team. This full‑time position involves diagnosing and treating patients with complex medical conditions across outpatient, inpatient and intensive care settings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and develop treatment plans for patients in OPD, IPD and ICU.
• Collaborate with nurses, fellow specialists and junior staff to deliver coordinated, holistic care.
• Provide mentorship and expert guidance to junior medical personnel.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient records, including histories, examinations, diagnoses and progress notes.
• Participate in on‑call rotations to respond to emergencies and deliver immediate care when required.

Required profile

• MD or DNB degree in General Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in India.
• Strong commitment to patient‑centered, evidence‑based medicine.
