General Laborer – Site Support

About the role

We are seeking a reliable General Laborer to support daily operations on construction sites. You will keep work areas clean, assist tradespeople, and handle materials and equipment safely.

Key responsibilities

• Collect trash, debris and hazardous waste to maintain a clean and safe site.
• Assist welders, carpenters, painters and other tradespeople as needed.
• Handle and transport materials such as cement and equipment like drills, grinders and forklifts.
• Operate power tools and machinery in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Follow supervisors’ instructions for tasks such as digging, stacking goods and setting up temporary structures (e.g., scaffolding).
• Place warning signs, cones and signposts to protect vehicles and pedestrians.
• Report equipment issues or unsafe conditions promptly.

Required profile

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads.
• Strong focus on safety and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to perform tough, hands‑on work.

Required skills

• Power tool operation (drills, grinders, saws).
• Forklift operation.
