Quantity Surveyor – III (Infrastructure & Urban Development)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor‑III to support project cost management and commercial activities across infrastructure and urban development projects. The role involves quantity surveying, cost control, measurement, valuations and commercial management to ensure deliverables meet timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take‑offs, estimates and cost plans for project works.
• Undertake measurement and valuation of civil, building and infrastructure works.
• Review contractor bills, interim payment applications and supporting documentation.
• Monitor project costs, commitments, variations and forecast final costs.
• Assist in preparation and evaluation of tenders, bids and commercial proposals.
• Review contractor quotations and support commercial negotiations.
• Identify, evaluate and manage variations, claims and change orders.
• Maintain cost reports, commercial trackers and project cost documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, design consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Support preparation of monthly commercial / cost management reports.
• Assist in contract administration and resolution of commercial issues.
• Provide timely commercial inputs to support project decision‑making.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Strong experience in BOQ preparation, quantity measurement, rate analysis, cost estimation and valuation.
• Experience working on building, infrastructure, urban development or EPC projects.
• Good understanding of contracts, variations, claims and commercial management.
