GB/G Collections Team Co-ordinator

About the role

The GB/G Collections Team Co-ordinator will ensure that all operational collection processes are executed on time, in line with service level agreements and global standards. You will support the manager in developing team members and contribute to BASF's new Global Hub in India.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the manager on team development, performance assessments and feedback.
• Participate in recruitment activities as needed.
• Coordinate and assign tasks, monitor tools, and ensure key performance indicators are met.
• Act as first‑level escalation point for process‑related issues.
• Support project implementation and promote innovation initiatives.
• Review daily tasks such as Get Paid worklist, overdue monitoring, and mailbox management.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure smooth end‑to‑end processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a comparable field.
• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in finance or a similar discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast‑paced global environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Advanced Microsoft Office tools
• Advanced SAP
• PowerBI (basic to intermediate)
