Fullstack Developer (React.js, Node.js)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 4–6 years of experience who is strong in React.js, Node.js and MySQL. The role involves taking ownership of building, improving and scaling our web applications while collaborating closely with product, business and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Build responsive, user‑friendly front‑end interfaces.
• Design and implement robust REST APIs and backend services.
• Work with MySQL for database design, query optimization and data management.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and external services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability and production issues.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver features.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold development standards.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability.
• Use Git and standard CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
• Monitor applications in production and proactively address technical issues.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with React.js and Node.js.
• Ability to take features from requirement through development, testing, deployment and production support independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD processes and version control.
• Good understanding of application performance, scalability and production support.
