Full‑Stack Developer (Python + ReactJS)

About the role

Thoughtworks is looking for a Full‑Stack Developer to join its Mumbai delivery team. You will work on client‑facing software solutions, collaborating with analysts, designers and project managers to turn business problems into clean, iterative code.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, reusable code using TDD, pair programming and design patterns.
• Apply continuous delivery practices to deliver high‑quality software.
• Collaborate in value‑driven teams to build innovative customer experiences.
• Partner with cross‑functional technologists to promote a DevOps culture.
• Take ownership of features beyond individual deliverables and push for excellent results.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest technology trends from Thoughtworks’ Technology Radar.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of professional software development experience.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, non‑hierarchical environment.
• Passionate about learning, sharing knowledge and solving business problems.
• Resilient in ambiguous situations and able to view challenges from multiple perspectives.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• ReactJS front‑end development.
• Object‑oriented programming concepts.
• Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies.
• Test‑Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD tools.
• Bonus: experience with AWS, Docker or Kubernetes.
