Full Stack Engineer

About the role

As a Full Stack Engineer you will work across the entire product lifecycle, from designing user‑friendly interfaces to building robust backend systems, APIs, databases and deployments. You will use modern frontend frameworks, backend technologies, cloud platforms and AI‑powered development tools to deliver high‑quality web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise web applications across frontend and backend layers.
• Build responsive, user‑friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Develop scalable backend systems and APIs with server‑side frameworks.
• Design and manage databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and developers to deliver features.
• Integrate third‑party APIs, payment gateways, analytics and automation tools.
• Troubleshoot bugs, improve performance and ensure application security.
• Write reusable, clean and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and product planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Python.
• Experience with React and Next.js for frontend development.
• Experience with Django/DRF or FastAPI for backend development.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend integrations.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, MySQL or MongoDB.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub.
• Exposure to AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, CodeGemini, Replit) and AI APIs (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Claude).
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI automation workflows.

What we offer

• Annual salary of 13 LPA (≈ 1,300,000 INR).
• Five‑day work week (Monday to Friday) onsite in Goregaon West, Mumbai.
