Front Desk Receptionist / Client Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist/Client Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clinic visitors. You will ensure smooth client flow, manage appointments, and support the administrative team in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide a pleasant front‑desk experience.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk‑ins, delivering accurate information about clinic services.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments using clinic software such as Zenoti or Amoga.
• Maintain confidential client records in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and staff to ensure efficient client flow.
• Process billing, payments, and issue receipts or invoices.
• Manage daily cash handling and reconciliation reports.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professionally presented.
• Promote offers, packages, and follow‑up services to clients.
• Address client queries, concerns, or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain attendance records, daily reports, and assist with other administrative tasks as directed.

Required profile

• Graduate degree, preferably in Hospitality, Administration, or Commerce.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive, preferably in an aesthetic, healthcare, or hospitality setting.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of the local language is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with clinic management software (e.g., Zenoti, Amoga).
