Senior Global Product Manager – Respiratory Therapy

About the role

As a Senior Global Product Manager for Respiratory Therapy, you will own partnership strategy and lifecycle management of both new and legacy products within Philips' Respiratory Therapies segment. Based in Pune, you will collaborate closely with R&D, commercial, and cross‑functional teams while reporting to the Segment Leader.

Key responsibilities

• Lead go‑to‑market planning for partnership‑driven products, aligning pricing, volume, positioning and launch sequencing with regional teams.
• Develop and own business cases, securing market sign‑off on investment, pricing and volume commitments.
• Support regional launch execution and manage post‑launch performance, tracking adoption and driving corrective actions.
• Act as product management lead for the legacy portfolio, ensuring service continuity and a positive end‑of‑life experience.
• Identify portfolio rationalisation opportunities to simplify offerings and protect market position.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management, marketing or commercial experience in medical devices or health technology.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time, cost and quality targets.
• Willingness to travel >10% domestically and internationally.

Required skills

• Regulatory frameworks knowledge (FDA, EU MDR).
• Go‑to‑market planning and launch execution expertise.
