Pharmacist – Pune

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our healthcare team in Pune, India. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and effective medication management while providing exceptional patient care and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense medications and advise patients on proper usage, side effects, and drug interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimise patient medication therapy.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure compliance with local pharmaceutical regulations and safety standards.
• Implement quality‑control procedures for medication storage and handling.
• Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries.
• Supervise and train pharmacy staff on procedures and service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and financial transactions.
• Participate in medication‑therapy‑management programs to improve patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) and valid license with the Pharmacy Council of India.
• Minimum 5 + years experience as a licensed pharmacist.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and side effects.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
