Front Desk Executive – Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and customer‑friendly Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for clients at our Noida clinic. You will manage client flow, handle billing, schedule appointments, and support administrative tasks in a fast‑moving aesthetic and trichology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, verify appointments, retrieve records, and escort them to consultation or treatment areas.
• Generate accurate bills for services and product sales, process cash, card and digital payments, and ensure daily collections are closed.
• Handle incoming calls for bookings, rescheduling or cancellations, check availability of doctors, technicians and rooms, and send reminders via WhatsApp or call.
• Facilitate video consultations when required and conduct follow‑up or promotional calls as per scripts.

Required profile

• Female candidates only.
• Strong communication skills with English proficiency preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.

What we offer

• Salary range: Rs 2.5 – 3.5 LPA.
• Six‑day work week (no weekly off on Friday, Saturday or Sunday).
• Working hours: 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM.
