About the role
The Staff Nurse (and Senior Staff Nurse) provides safe, high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care to patients across a wide range of clinical departments and super‑speciality services at KDSG Super Speciality Hospital.
Key responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessment on admission and at appropriate intervals.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications safely as prescribed and monitor therapeutic response.
- Monitor vital signs, neurological status, pain, intake‑output and other clinical parameters.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain nursing records.
- Educate patients and families about care plans and treatment procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
