About the role
HCL is conducting a walk‑in drive to recruit fresh graduates for a voice‑process position in the health‑care domain. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for US‑based customers, with flexible shift timings including night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place calls for health‑care related queries and services.
- Maintain accurate call logs and follow standard operating procedures.
- Provide courteous and professional communication in English.
- Adhere to US shift schedules as required.
Required profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work US shift timings.
- Open to both inbound and outbound call handling.
- Fresh graduates from any UG or PG degree (excluding engineering, CS, IT, MCA).
