About the role
We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Executive to join our US‑based voice process in Mumbai. You will interact with customers in French, handling both inbound and outbound calls while ensuring a high level of service quality.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in French.
- Provide accurate information and resolve queries promptly.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards and process guidelines.
- Work 24x7 rotational shifts with two weekly days off.
Required profile
- HSC or Graduate (freshers are welcome).
- Excellent spoken and written French; B1 certification mandatory.
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and age up to 40 years.
Required skills
- French language proficiency (B1 level).
