About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Executive to join our US‑based voice process in Mumbai. You will interact with customers in French, handling both inbound and outbound calls while ensuring a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in French.
Provide accurate information and resolve queries promptly.
Maintain compliance with quality standards and process guidelines.
Work 24x7 rotational shifts with two weekly days off.

Required profile

HSC or Graduate (freshers are welcome).
Excellent spoken and written French; B1 certification mandatory.
Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
Willingness to work rotational shifts and age up to 40 years.

Required skills

French language proficiency (B1 level).
