French Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented French Business Analyst to bridge language gaps and support data‑driven decision‑making. The role combines translation of business content between English and French with analysis of requirements, data validation, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business, technical and operational documents between English and French while preserving meaning, tone and structure.
• Analyse business requirements and document functional and operational processes.
• Convert text and audio recordings from English to French and vice‑versa.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and documentation to support performance tracking.
• Validate, monitor and maintain data accuracy across reports and internal systems.
• Proofread translated content to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations, marketing and technical teams to align on project scope and objectives.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvement solutions.
• Maintain workflow, translation and reporting records and provide regular status updates.

Required profile

• Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in French, Translation or related field; DELF A2 or B1 preferred.
• Proven experience in French translation or language support.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
