Freelance Clinical Pharmacist – AI Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Clinical Pharmacist to support our AI evaluation initiatives. You will work with AI‑generated medical content, medication‑related recommendations and pharmacology datasets to improve the accuracy, safety and reliability of healthcare‑focused AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, annotate and review AI‑generated responses concerning pharmacology, therapeutics and medication management.
• Assess clinical accuracy, safety, evidence‑based recommendations and compliance with healthcare guidelines.
• Identify medication errors, contraindications, drug interactions, dosing issues and patient‑safety concerns.
• Create realistic clinical pharmacy scenarios and medication‑review cases for AI testing.
• Support the development of high‑quality datasets and evaluation frameworks for healthcare AI.
• Analyze AI‑generated clinical reasoning and provide structured feedback for improvement.
• Review peer‑developed deliverables to ensure consistency, accuracy and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (PharmD, B.Pharm, M.Pharm) or equivalent.
• Active clinical pharmacy experience in hospitals, clinics or similar settings.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, medication management and patient‑safety principles.
• Experience reviewing medication regimens, identifying drug interactions and evaluating treatment plans.
• Familiarity with evidence‑based medicine, clinical guidelines and pharmaceutical literature.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
