About the role

Crossing Infotech is seeking a qualified Staff Nurse to join healthcare teams across India. The role involves delivering direct patient care, supporting clinical procedures, and ensuring accurate documentation in a hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients following established clinical protocols.
• Monitor and record vital signs and other clinical observations.
• Assist physicians and healthcare teams during examinations and treatments.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing guidelines.
• Maintain timely and accurate nursing and patient‑care documentation.
• Support patient admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
• Adhere to infection‑control, patient‑safety, and quality standards.
• Communicate relevant patient information to the appropriate team members.

Required profile

• Recognized nursing qualification such as B.Sc Nursing or GNM.
• Valid registration with the applicable State Nursing Council or relevant authority.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts and follow hospital policies.
