Food Tech Compliance Intern

About the role
Join Equinox Labs as a Food Tech Compliance Intern and gain practical exposure to food safety regulations in a state‑of‑the‑art laboratory. You will work closely with the compliance team to support product approval processes and ensure adherence to FSSAI standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in interpreting and applying FSSAI regulations to new and existing products.
- Conduct label validation and support product approval documentation.
- Participate in sample testing and data recording within the laboratory.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and assist in audit preparation.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or final‑year student in Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry or a related field.
- Strong interest in food safety, quality assurance and regulatory affairs.
- Detail‑oriented with good analytical abilities.
- Own laptop is mandatory for daily tasks.
Required skills

- Stipend of ₹4,000 per month.
