Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with global and national food safety and hygiene standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting IKEA’s food concepts and sustainability goals.
• Deliver a superior customer experience, responding to feedback and continuously improving service.
• Support daily operations, including stock handling, preparation, and service flow.
• Contribute to the implementation of business and sustainability plans for the food department.

Required profile

• Passionate about IKEA’s culture, food, and people‑centric service.
• Sales‑driven with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong communicator who can build trustful relationships with customers and teammates.
• Organised, analytical and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a high‑volume, customer‑facing environment.
