Food Server / Waiter – Full-time (Noida)

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Food Server/Waiter to join our Noida restaurant. You will be the first point of contact for guests, guiding them through our buffet and live-grill experience while delivering attentive service throughout their dining journey.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus and explain buffet and live-grill options.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve dishes promptly.
• Refill grills, buffet stations and beverages, and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain clean, well-set tables and ensure a pleasant dining environment.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to monitor food quality and presentation.
• Uphold hygiene, safety and food-handling standards at all times.
• Support special events, live food festivals and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Strong customer-service orientation with a friendly, guest-focused attitude.
• Good knowledge of food & beverage concepts to explain menu items clearly.
• Prior experience in a busy restaurant setting, including table setting and order handling.
• Clear communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Basic awareness of cooking and food-handling safety.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
