Reservation Executive – Work From Home

About the role

We are looking for a Reservation Executive to manage guest bookings and daily reservation tasks from home. The role involves handling inquiries across multiple OTA platforms, coordinating with housekeeping, and ensuring smooth check‑in experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest bookings and respond to queries via WhatsApp, calls and email.
• Manage reservations from platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, MMT, Goibibo, Agoda, etc.
• Update availability, rates and booking records in the system.
• Coordinate with property and housekeeping teams for guest check‑ins and special requirements.
• Follow up with guests for confirmation, payment and required details.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in hotel reservations or OTA bookings.
• Basic knowledge of platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, MMT, Goibibo or Agoda.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email and a computer.
• Responsible, responsive and able to work independently.
