Food & Beverage Service – Guest Relations

About the role

Join Accor’s hospitality team as a Food & Beverage Service associate, delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. You will be responsible for setting up the service area, greeting patrons, and ensuring every meal is served to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing side duties, arranging tables according to hotel standards.
• Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide personalized service.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining correct temperatures and presentation.
• Upsell menu items and promote other dining venues when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and side stations throughout service.
• Handle stock requisitions, report any complaints or incidents, and assist other outlets during peak periods.
• Adhere to HACCP food safety and hygiene standards and follow fire and life‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Completed industrial training or a relevant degree/diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours and maintain a clean, professional appearance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
