Food & Beverage Service Faculty – Hospitality Teaching Role

About the role

The International Institute of Hotel Management is seeking a full‑time Food & Beverage Service Faculty for its New Delhi campus. You will teach and mentor hospitality students, preparing them for careers in the food and beverage sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve course material for food and beverage services.
• Conduct practical sessions, labs, and industry‑linked projects.
• Develop lesson plans, assess student performance, and assign grades.
• Stay current with industry trends and update the curriculum accordingly.
• Provide guidance and career support to students.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in the Food & Beverage department of a 5‑star hotel.
• Excellent communication and planning abilities.
• Preference for candidates holding WSET Level 1, 2 or 3.
• Prior teaching or training experience in hospitality is advantageous.
