About the role

The Lilly Campus Program offers graduate and post‑graduate students a chance to develop practical skills while experiencing the corporate environment of a global pharmaceutical company.

Key responsibilities

Support technology‑focused projects such as AI/ML, automation, data privacy, cybersecurity, Salesforce optimization and statistical programming.
Assist analytics and data teams with business insights, systems analytics and digital initiatives.
Contribute to pharma functions including regulatory affairs, clinical data management, medical affairs and clinical development.
Participate in management activities like market research, project and program management, and global content hub operations.

Required profile

Graduate or post‑graduate degree in quantitative, engineering, analytics, pharma or management fields, or equivalent.
Motivation to work in a purpose‑driven environment focused on patient impact.
