Java Trainer – Full‑time Instructor

About the role

The Java Trainer role at Ducat India is a full‑time, on‑site position in New Delhi. You will design and deliver Java courses – covering core Java, advanced topics and popular frameworks – through structured lectures, hands‑on labs and project‑based learning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and continuously update training materials and curriculum to reflect the latest Java technologies and industry trends.
• Conduct assessments, provide constructive feedback and mentor students through doubt‑clearing sessions.
• Guide learners on coding standards, best practices and real‑world project implementation.
• Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training outcomes with market requirements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience with strong proficiency in Core Java, OOP and Java SE.
• Hands‑on experience with Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs and version‑control tools such as Git.
• Prior teaching, corporate training or mentoring experience with solid instructional design skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field; Java certifications are a plus.
