Java Full Stack Trainer

About the role

The Java Full Stack Trainer will deliver industry‑focused training on core and advanced Java, as well as front‑end technologies and related frameworks. The position is full‑time, on‑site in Vikapsuri, Delhi, with a schedule of 9:30 am to 7 pm, six days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve curricula covering Java, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, HTML/CSS/JavaScript and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Prepare training materials, labs and project assignments that emphasize hands‑on learning.
• Conduct interactive classroom sessions, guide learners through practical projects and assess their progress.
• Provide constructive feedback, support interview preparation and help learners apply concepts to real‑world scenarios.

Required profile

• Strong core and advanced Java knowledge (OOP, collections, multithreading, JDBC).
• Hands‑on experience with Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA and RESTful services.
• Front‑end development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and at least one framework (Angular, React or Vue).
• Understanding of SQL, relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and basic ORM concepts.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle and deployment basics.
• Excellent teaching, presentation and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field; certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience as a trainer, mentor or instructor in IT training or corporate environments.
