About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Executive will lead and coordinate all team activities within the F&B department, ensuring operational excellence and strategic planning across assigned outlets. You will uphold high quality standards, drive guest satisfaction, and act as a key liaison between the team and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of food and beverage outlets, maintaining recipe and service standards.
• Address guest complaints, requests, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Partner with the Head of Food & Beverage Service to develop sales‑driving events and festivals.
• Ensure rigorous quality control, hygiene, health, and safety compliance.
• Manage outlet budgets, control costs, and maintain legal compliance.
• Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and uniform standards among staff.
• Build cross‑departmental relationships to enhance productivity and guest experience.
• Provide training on procedures and safety protocols.
• Identify cost‑effective resource solutions and promote financial responsibility.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in hotel management.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and grooming at all times.
