Food & Beverage Service Agent – Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Service Agent to join our hotel team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service to guests, ensuring tables are set to standards and that food and drinks are served safely and promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing side duties, set up tables and side stations according to hotel standards.
• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Serve food and beverages following HACCP food‑safety procedures and maintain correct temperatures.
• Upsell and cross‑sell menu items and other hotel outlets to maximise revenue.
• Clear tables efficiently, manage stock requisitions and report any incidents or guest complaints.
• Assist other F&B outlets during peak periods and adhere to fire and life‑safety protocols.
• Attend briefings, trainings and maintain a clean, professional uniform at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel food‑and‑beverage operations.
• Service‑focused personality with a strong attention to detail.
• Relevant hospitality or tourism qualification is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP).
