Food & Beverage Sales Executive

About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant hotel team as a Food & Beverage Sales Executive and help create memorable experiences for guests. You will design and execute sales strategies that attract new clients, increase revenue, and showcase the warmth of hospitality across our food and beverage outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the client base and boost outlet revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events ranging from intimate gatherings to large‑scale functions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure favorable outcomes for both clients and the hotel.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of sales or coordination experience within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated alignment with Hilton’s core values: passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage client interactions.
