Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team as a Food & Beverage Attendant and help create memorable experiences for guests. You will be the friendly face that welcomes visitors, takes orders, serves meals and drinks, and ensures the dining outlet runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages, and respond promptly to requests.
• Build positive relationships with guests, anticipate needs, and handle feedback professionally.
• Follow Hilton’s service standards, presenting food and drinks at the highest quality.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, resetting, cleaning, and overall outlet preparation before, during, and after service.
• Coordinate closely with colleagues, supervisors, kitchen teams, and other departments for seamless service.
• Promote menu items and special offers, process orders accurately, and minimize waste.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcohol awareness, and workplace safety procedures.
• Participate in training to continuously improve knowledge of menus, service techniques, and hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering friendly, attentive guest service.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
• Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or customer service (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive, team‑oriented, adaptable, well‑presented, reliable.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and meet the role’s physical demands.
