Food & Beverage Associate – Barista

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Associate – Barista to join our team at Marriott International in Goa. In this role you will help create memorable guest experiences by delivering high‑quality coffee and beverage service while supporting event and restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages according to brand standards.
• Set up and clear tables, arrange event materials and coordinate with the kitchen staff.
• Welcome guests, take orders, and ensure a friendly, professional interaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment and service stations.
• Follow all company safety, security and hygiene policies, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Uphold uniform and personal appearance standards and protect company assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant food‑and‑beverage or barista experience.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 25 lb without assistance.
• No supervisory experience required.
