About the role

As a Food & Beverage Ambassador you will be the face of hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. You will work in a vibrant, young team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable moments for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive service to guests, handling food and beverage orders with a smile.
• Monitor and supervise the flow of service at your assigned station.
• Brief team members on menu preparation, service standards, and presentation.
• Perform typical waiter duties and any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Report sales figures, guest feedback, and any equipment or personnel issues to superiors.
• Maintain strict hygiene standards for food handling and presentation.

Required profile

• Warm, caring personality with a genuine desire to please guests.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service is an asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Strong anticipation of guest needs and professional, welcoming demeanor.
