Senior Kitchen Stewarding Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and disciplined Senior Kitchen Stewarding Manager to oversee all stewarding operations across our kitchen, restaurants, banquet and other food & beverage outlets. The role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, equipment handling and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day stewarding operations for kitchens, restaurants, banquet areas and other F&B outlets.
• Ensure timely cleaning, sanitisation and availability of crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Implement and monitor compliance with HACCP, food safety, health and safety standards.
• Supervise, train and schedule the stewarding team, providing performance feedback and coaching.
• Control inventory of cleaning chemicals, consumables and PPE while minimising waste and costs.
• Oversee maintenance of dishwashing machines, garbage disposal systems and other stewarding equipment.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of hospitality hygiene standards, kitchen sanitation and HACCP practices.
• Experience in chemical handling, equipment maintenance and team management.
