Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst

About the role

The Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst will join Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, supporting the organization in determining financial outcomes through data collection, analysis, and transaction reconciliation. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting to aid strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate operational data and reports for financial analysis.
• Perform variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Assist with period‑end close activities and reconcile financial transactions.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors, providing analysis for lower‑complexity problems.
• Support rotational or flexi‑night shift schedules as required.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, controllership, or core finance functions.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash‑flow statements.
• Experience with period‑end close, annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Good knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
