Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will join Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, supporting the organization by collecting operational data, performing financial analysis, and reconciling transactions. The role focuses on delivering accurate financial outcomes through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse operational data to support financial planning and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Perform period‑end close activities and reconcile financial transactions.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and performance metrics.
• Support scenario modelling and performance reporting for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Controllership, Core Finance (RTR) or FP&A.
• Demonstrated ability to manage annual planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements.
• Good knowledge of accounting, financial and operational principles.
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible or night shifts in a 3rd‑party culture.
