Tax Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Tax Analyst to join its Finance Operations team. The role focuses on statutory reporting and tax compliance, preparing and filing complex tax returns, and supporting the preparation of financial statements in line with IFRS and local GAAP.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file federal, state and international tax returns and related workpapers.
• Perform monthly/quarterly tax calculations, record tax transactions and reconcile effective tax rates.
• Support the generation of statutory accounts, including IFRS to local GAAP reconciliation, note updates and XBRL tagging.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of statutory filings.
• Develop audit schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• 1‑5 years of experience in statutory audit, reporting and tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Ability to analyse complex tax issues and provide solutions.
