Financial Accountant – Global Entities

About the role

CIBT is seeking a Financial Accountant to support general accounting and financial record‑keeping across multiple global entities. The role ensures accurate books, maintains charts of accounts, and collaborates with internal teams such as HR, IT and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain financial records for various entities within the company’s global ownership structure.
• Perform general accounting activities, ensuring accurate books and records.
• Maintain and support the chart of accounts for corporate entities.
• Review and analyse financial information as required.
• Support financial reporting, consolidation, and documentation activities.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including HR, IT and Operations.
• Assist with other general accounting projects and tasks as needed.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in General Accounting (accounts payable/receivable alone is insufficient).
• Strong understanding of intermediate and advanced accounting principles.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
